Usability:

Desirability:

Desirability makes a product enjoyable, encouraging repeat use. It’s not just about looks but creating positive emotions. Take Excel or Word—not flashy, but loved for simplifying tasks. Desirability comes from intuitive design and delightful interactions.

Findability:

Findability ensures information is easy to access. A strong information architecture, like a clear sitemap or navigation bar, is key. Tips like keeping interfaces clean and consistent help users find what they need quickly.

Accessibility:

Accessibility means your product works for everyone, including those with disabilities. It’s not just for color blindness but all ages and backgrounds. Accessible design improves the experience for everyone, showing attention to detail matters.

Credibility:

Credibility builds user trust. Per the Baymard Institute, 25% abandon carts if they don’t trust a site. To gain trust, include testimonials, trust seals, and be transparent about data use.

Value-Impact:

Value-Impact means delivering value to users and the business. YouTube offers free content while earning from ads and premium subscriptions. Prioritize user needs, and business success follows.
